Enhancing our service through partnerships

At Progress Careers we work closely with a wealth of partners to enhance the service we provide to each of our customers. We work with local employers, LEPs, and other organisations to support our service users to gain access to opportunities in the community.

Careers Advice

Progress Careers (formerly known as CareersInc) delivers high-quality, flexible Careers Education, Information, Advice, and Guidance (CEIAG) services to schools. We support schools and educational institutions to fulfil their responsibility to provide students with high-quality, external, and impartial CEIAG. Each of our Careers Advisers are hand-selected for their knowledge, passion, and commitment to delivering outstanding CEIAG. Our commitment to quality standards is evidence in all our staff members being members of the Career Development Institute professional register.

As part of our work with LEPs, we are currently supporting to deliver The One Vision project. Through The One Vision programme, Progress Careers work alongside LEPs to provide impartial careers services to their service users.

  • We are well known and respected in the communities in which we operate, which helps us build and maintain strong partnerships with local employers, organisations, and LEPs
  • Employers working with Progress Careers will benefit from the opportunity to develop their relationships with local schools
  • Thanks to the high-quality CEIAG provided by Progress Careers, students come to employers ready, well-informed, and equipped with the knowledge to either embark on their employment journey or undergo work experience
  • Partners working with Progress Careers can develop their understanding of the ever-changing qualifications framework
